Returns:

Returns are not accepted. Purchaser shall exercise timely diligence and reporting to Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment any damage or shortage in products. Claims for missing or damaged products will result in the replacement of damaged or missing products at Brooklyn Textile and Equipment's discretion. Purchaser must notify Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment immediately of any damage or missing products.

Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment will replace, repair or refund defective items. All our electronics have a 1-year warranty from the time of purchase.
