Difficult to pull from the box

Because the gloves are in plastic bags inside the boxes, one has to tear open the end of the box, remove the gloves from the bags and then put the gloves back into the box. Of course the end of the box won’t stay closed and flops open letting the bulk of the gloves start to fall out. This makes them hard to use when trying to change gloves quickly between vaccine recipients.
